Bangladesh Sports Journalists Association (BSJA):

Bangladesh Sports Journalists Association (BSJA) is a well-known sports journalists’ organization in Bangladesh. BSJA is representing the journalists working in the sports section of different print and electronic media in Bangladesh. It looks after the issues of sports journalists, and also works for professional development of its members. BSJA's current President is A T M Sayeeduzaman; and its General Secretary is Sayedur Rahman Shamim. Bangladesh Sports Journalists Association regularly offers a prestigious sports award to the sports personalities of the country. The 2015 Bangladesh Sports Journalists Association's annual prize giving ceremony held at Ivy Rahman Swimming Pool adjacent to the Bangabandhu National Stadium on 26 January where it awarded 67 sports personalities (sportsperson, organizers, sponsors and patrons) for the year 2009 - 2012.
